Have used Ed chauffeur multiple times now. It is very easy to book and good communication by the company. They also allow you to track where the taxi. Sometimes they send a bigger car than requested, which is a nice bonus. Cars are spot-on clean.
I have used EDchauffeurs a few times and today I decided to write a few words just to show Ed and his team my appreciation. A few times I had to go to Heathrow at very unsociable hours, and Ed was their bang on time to pick me up. Today, my plane was quite late and I was worried that the taxi driver would have gone away by then. I can't tell you how pleased I was, to see Ed waiting for me with a smile. Later he told me that he had checked the flight before he drove to pick me up and knew that I was late. Little things like that make a real difference especially after a long haul flight.
